Employee-to-employee WebRTC calls work out-of-the-box โ no external PBX or SIP server needed. VoIP uses the same identity as messaging (badge / username). The only server-side requirement is flask-socketio and simple-websocket in your Python environment.

๐ก Cloudflare / internet access: If users connect from outside the local network (e.g. via cloudflared), add a TURN server to settings.ini โ [voip] section. Without TURN, WebRTC audio may fail when direct P2P between browsers is blocked by NAT.
